The jacuzzi suite was amazing! So spacious with a cozy vibe. Just wish the breakfast ended at 9. Would've loved to sleep in a bit more 😌

The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The staff was generally pleasant, and the hotel was conveniently located near dinner options. The morning breakfast starting at 5 am was a great perk for early starters.

Even though they had rooms for people with pets, there had not been pets in our room and it was clean and comfortable. I have allergies to pets and I would have known if a pet had been there.

I know the price of rooms has gone up these past few years, but I believe this is slightly higher priced for what it offers than in other places.

Vending machine took money and soda did not drop. Went to breakfast about 10 minutes before closing and no eggs or meat. Someone stole my Do Not Disturb sign off door.

The King Suite was spacious, but the bathtub was backed up .

Just a little pricey...but the comfort made up for the expense. For the price, the breakfast menu could have been better. Surprised no hash brown or scrambled eggs potatoes.

We truly enjoyed the stay, my room was huge with a pull out sofabed, television plus soft pillows. A microwave, coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator where available too. Location: the hotel was close enough to so many areas and Denver and Estes Park right off the interstate. Local fast food option Mcdonald's was 10 minutes walk away.

The lobby was cute, and breakfast had a variety of options that we all enjoyed. The staff were friendly.

Improve cleanliness in common areas for better comfort.

The stay was quite enjoyable, particularly due to the comfortable beds which ensured we got plenty of rest. We appreciated the variety offered at breakfast and the access to local amenities like Walgreens and Walmart within a short drive. The staff was accommodating, especially when we requested to change our bedding due to cleanliness concerns. It was a balanced experience with both positive aspects and a few areas for improvement.

The hotel is a great spot for families, offering quick access to Rocky Mountain National Park where our kids had a blast hiking and exploring the outdoors. The pool was perfect for the little ones to unwind after a day of adventure.

My kids wished there were more breakfast options for picky eaters.
